Good, Better, BEST…

How do you determine what level of quality and service you are receiving from your agent? Think about your needs and wants.

When it comes to Cars, Doctors and Contractors, we usually like to know:
1) reputation for quality and customer satisfaction,
2) value, (success ratio, return on investment, shelf-life, money saved, etc.)
3) compatibility,
4) timeline,
5) percent of successes vs. failures as compared to others,
6) warranty / how will future problems be addressed,
7) dedication to you

Doesn’t it make sense to answer these concerns before choosing a REALTOR®? If you agree, then the next time you are thinking about buying or selling, interview a few agents and determine who will fulfill the most important or the majority of your needs! Make sure I am on your short list of people to call!

Updated Home Searches

In searching area homes for sale and checking popular webpages, I noted several sites that are not kept up-to-date. One reason for this is that Real Estate Agents do not like to miss out on leads. Sometimes an agent will keep a property on his site to solicit phone calls from prospective Buyers. To avoid wasted time and energy, search MLSes directly. An MLS is a multiple listing service which is a database of all area listings that are currently for sale. Customers, Clients and Real Estate Agents all have access to the same database. It has to be kept current or else the agents get heavily fined. So you can be certain when you are searching an MLS directly, it will be CURRENT!

To search Montgomery, Alabama properties for sale or Lake Martin, Alabama properties for sale, you can be CERTAIN that my website will have the most current info. Please visit and search away without wasting time looking at properties that are no longer for sale!

Happy Hunting!

Latest and Greatest

The saying goes “what you do on the first day of the year will dictate what you will be doing the rest of the year”  UNKNOWN

Well, I was out and about visiting family as well as negotiating an offer on a property here in Wetumpka.  What were you doing?

Now I have completed the 60-hour broker class and now I have some more studying to do before I sit for the exam.  I am SO EXCITED to be able to help all of you on a more sophisticated level with all the knowledge I have gained over the past two months.

Do you have any real estate questions for me?
