Good, Better, BEST…

How do you determine what level of quality and service you are receiving from your agent? Think about your needs and wants.

When it comes to Cars, Doctors and Contractors, we usually like to know:
1) reputation for quality and customer satisfaction,
2) value, (success ratio, return on investment, shelf-life, money saved, etc.)
3) compatibility,
4) timeline,
5) percent of successes vs. failures as compared to others,
6) warranty / how will future problems be addressed,
7) dedication to you

Doesn’t it make sense to answer these concerns before choosing a REALTOR®? If you agree, then the next time you are thinking about buying or selling, interview a few agents and determine who will fulfill the most important or the majority of your needs!
