As of October 31, 2007
We have closed 4,734 homes since Jan 1st!
We have sold just 289 fewer homes than Jan 1, 2006-Oct 31, 2006.
In October we had 1,300 more new listings added to the market than last October.
There are a lot of properties to buy!
As of today, ACTIVE properties available on the MLS are:
Single Family HOMES - 3,273 and
LAND - 1,126
